Government

We have been providing services to our clients at the government level for over a decade and understand the various needs that must be satisfied in order to create a mutually beneficial relationship. We have successfully entered into contract with government entities throughout South Florida numerous times and have created a specialized team dedicated to putting together our bid packages for consideration. Often times, government project managers and consultants fail to foresee conditions in the jobsite and must begin to devise a solution while the project is underway. It is during these times that the L&M electrical contractors team members distinguish themselves the most by providing solutions, quickly and efficiently, without delaying the progress of the project. Government projects are the most challenging, in terms of, rendering a service without disrupting the daily activities of the various owners (constituents). It is because we understand, that in this position, we become servants of the people and would like to make the process as easy and as least disruptive as possible. For this reason, we will always do our best to inform the local residents, before and during, construction, provide our company info on-site and provide additional information on our website for any public project. .
